Jim Wallhead is a British welterweight fighter.

He was most recently set to fight in the quarterfinals of the Bellator second season welterweight tournament against Jacob McClintock but instead an ash cloud of some volcano disrupted European air traffic in April 2010 and Wallhead was forced to remain grounded in his home country. He was replaced by Ryan Thomas.

After Thomas lost in the semifinals to rival Ben Askren, Wallhead finally made his Bellator debut against Thomas, defeating him via unanimous decision. He next competed in the fourth season welterweight tournament, facing Rick Hawn in the opening round. Hawn defeated Wallhead via unanimous decision.

Wallhead next stepped in to replace an injured Tom Watson, making his BAMMA debut against UFC veteran Frank Trigg. He defeated Trigg via split decision after a surprisingly good fight.

Wallhead next returned to BAMMA to face Strikeforce veteran Joey Villasenor at welterweight. He defeated Villasenor via a (T)KO in just forty-eight seconds.

Wallhead then returned to Bellator to fight former welterweight champ Lyman Good in the quarterfinals of the season seven welterweight tournament, losing via unanimous decision.

He next returned to BAMMA to fight UFC veteran Matt Veach. Wallhead sliced up Veach with elbows before locking up a first round rear-naked choke submission.
